Why do we need to receive the King?

Man was lost and still is lost apart from Him. The first man, Adam, sinned in the Garden of Eden, when he chose to obey the serpent believing he would become as Elohim (God). (Bereshith/Genesis 2:17; 3:1-7). The consequence of his action was that he was cast out of the Garden of Eden, and therefore also lost his place in the Kingdom of Heaven for a lie. He was terribly deceived! That first sin was passed on to all mankind, and eventually led to the worship of demons, the dead, sun and all stars, animals, plants, nature and everything else! Man became very corrupt and eventually Yahweh destroyed man but saved one family and a number of animals. (Bereshith 6-9).

Eventually Yahweh chose a man called Avram and made Covenant with him and his descendants. This is how Yisra’el was eventually born.  Then He called another man, and this man was Mosheh or Moses, and made Covenant with His Chosen People on Mount Sinai.

Shemoth 19:5-6 And now, if you diligently obey My voice, and shall guard My Covenant, then you shall be My treasured possession above all the peoples-for all the earth is mine.  6 ‘and you shall be to Me a reign of kohenim and a qodesh nation.’

Yisra’el is the chosen nation called to bring the Kingdom of Heaven to the world, and Yahoshua came to His own people, Yisra’el, to reveal the true Kingdom of Heaven.

How do we enter into the kingdom?

A Pharisee, named Nakhdimon came to talk with Yahoshua to ask Him a simple question. (Yochanan 3:1-2)

Yochanan 3:3 Yahoshua answered and said to Him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born from above, he is unable to see the reign of Elohim.”

He continued to explain to him man that needs to be born from on high. The Kingdom of Heaven is spiritual. We must be changed inside of us and receive the very nature of Yahweh.  His Ruach (Spirit) has to come into our lives, in order for us to become part of His Kingdom.

We need a Savior!

We get saved or born again when we repent of sin, which separate us from the Father in Heaven.

Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 59:1-3 “Look, the hand of Yahweh has not become too short to save, nor His ear too heavy to hear. 2 But your wickednesses have separated you from your Elohim. And your sins have hidden His face from you, from hearing. 3 For your hands have been defiled with blood, and your fingers with wickedness; your lips have spoken falsehood, your tongue mutters unrighteousness.”

Yechezqel (Ezekiel) 18:4, 20 “See, all beings are Mine, the being of the father as well as the being of the son is Mine. The being that is sinning shall die.’ 20 The being who sins shall die.”

Romiyim (Romans) 3:23 For all have sinned and fall short of the esteem of Elohim.

We must accept Yahoshua as our Passover Lamb; believe in Him because He is the only one who takes away the sins of the world; yours and mine. (Yochanan 1:29; Yochanan 3:16)

The Ben of Yahweh was born to become our Passover Lamb, and He predicted His own sacrificial death several times, and let us read the following verses now.

Mattithyahu (Matthew) 20:18-19 “See, we are going up to Yerushalayim, and the Ben of Adam shall be delivered up to the chief kohenim (priests) and to the scribes. And they shall condemn Him to death,  19 and deliver Him to the gentiles to mock and to flog and to impale. And the third day He shall be raised.”(see also Marqos 10:31; 10:34; Luqas 9:22; 18:33)

There is one most important thing to know: His Kingdom of Heaven is not of this world but of Heaven!!! At his trial Pilate asked Him if He was a king.

Yochanan 18:36 Yahoshua answered, “My reign is not of this world. If My reign were of this world, My servants would fight, so that I should not be delivered to the Yahudim. But now My reign is not from here.”

37 Then Pilatus said to Him, “You are a Sovereign, then?” Yahoshua answered, “You say it, because I am a Sovereign. For this I was born, and for this I have come into the world, that I should bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice.’

He did die and rise again on the third day. The gospels speak about this event. When Miryam came to the tomb she found it empty, and the angel spoke to her:

Mattithyahu 28:6 “He is not here, for He was raised, as He said. Come, see the place where the Adon lay.

He also appeared to her and the apostles. Please the book of   Mattithyahu chapter 28; Marqos chapter 16;Luqas chapter 24;Yochanan chapters 20 and 21.

After the resurrection lived on in Yisra’el forty days, and He commissioned the disciples to go into all the world and preach the gospel and baptize the new believers in Him, Mattithyahu 28;18-20; Marqos 16)  And then He went back to the Father in Heaven. Ma’aseh (Acts) 1:9)

The apostles asked Him when He was going to restore the kingdom to Yisra’el. (see Ma’aseh 1:6)

His answer was: “It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority.” Ma’aseh 1:7

Let us rest in Him and live our lives according to this Kingdom Rules until He comes again. Amen.
